In this slide I will be talking about food and nutrition. So the first thing I will talk about is balanced meals, a balanced diet should have a portion of vegetables so you can get vitamins in your body. You should have some meat to get your daily minerals. And in a balanced meal it should also have some carbs to give you energy. You should work out after you eat a very carby meal cause if you don’t, all that energy will go to waste. I learned about all of the rest of this from a amazing youtube chanel called food theory here’s a link to his chanel and this episode . Now back to the slide, did you know that that chocolate actually gives you more iron in your diet then spinach? Crazy right but it’s true, also a lot of stuff that people say that’s healthy and in spinach chocolate has to the only thing that spinach has that that chocolate doesn’t is vitamins. Also spinach loses it’s nurtants over time and this is in one hundred grams I guess this is the end of my slide bye.
